Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Goosecast, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. A person accepting for an organization confirms authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for account access, member roles, and activity performed through your workspace. Workspace owners control membership, billing, credentials, projects, and deletion. Notify Goosecast promptly if access is compromised.
Sources and customer content
You retain ownership of customer content. You grant Goosecast the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and deliver that content at your direction. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload, connect, process, quote, synthesize, and publish each source.
- Do not bypass paywalls, authentication, robots restrictions, or access controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material.
- Review claims, pronunciations, rights, and publication settings before approval.
Generated output and provider services
Generated scripts, audio, and media may contain errors or unexpected output and require human review. Model availability, limits, quality, and preview status can change. Goosecast does not silently switch provider or model after a failure; a different provider or model requires an explicit user choice.
Plans, usage, and billing
Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Managed minutes, BYOK processing, storage, seats, connectors, public episodes, and concurrency are limited by the selected plan. Estimated usage may be reserved before generation and settled against completed output. No plan includes unlimited provider usage.
- Taxes and currency are shown at checkout when applicable.
- Plan changes, cancellation, invoices, and payment methods are managed through the billing portal.
- Refund eligibility is governed by the published refund policy and mandatory local law.
Customer provider credentials
When you add a provider credential, you authorize Goosecast to use it only for actions initiated within the permitted workspace. You remain responsible for the provider account, quota, project configuration, billing, and compliance. Multiple credentials may improve reliability but may not be used to evade provider enforcement.
Publication and distribution
You control whether an episode is private or public and are responsible for public titles, descriptions, artwork, claims, permissions, disclosures, and distribution. RSS destinations and third-party platforms apply their own terms. Goosecast may disable public content that creates a legal, security, or platform risk while the issue is reviewed.
Service availability
Goosecast may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or respond to provider changes. Durable jobs are designed to resume, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned material changes are communicated when reasonably possible.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel a subscription or delete a workspace using the available controls. Goosecast may restrict or suspend use for non-payment, material breach, security risk, abuse, or unlawful activity. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to cure are provided before termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Goosecast is provided on an as-available basis and does not warrant that generated content is error-free or fit for a regulated, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decision without qualified human review. Liability limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes and contact
Material updates are published with a new effective date. If a change materially reduces customer rights, Goosecast will provide reasonable notice. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@goosecast.com.
